NEW YEAR IN GREENLAND at 7PM
New Year is celebrated in the same way as in Europe with good food, fireworks, singing and champagne – although there is a difference: On 31st December New Year is celebrated twice – firstly the Danish New Year at 8PM. (there is a 4-hour time difference) and then the Greenlandic New Year at midnight.
On both occasions the night sky and the snow-covered landscapes are illuminated by spectacular and colourful rockets.

NEW YEAR IN NEW YORK at 9PM
History of the New Year’s Eve Ball: We Can Watch It On TV!
Revelers began celebrating New Year’s Eve in Times Square as early as 1904, but it was in 1907 that the New Year’s Eve Ball made its maiden descent from the flagpole atop One Times Square.
For Times Square 2000, the millennium celebration at the Crossroads of the World, the New Year’s Eve Ball was completely redesigned by Waterford Crystal and Philips Lighting. The crystal Ball combined the latest in lighting technology with the most traditional of materials, reminding us of our past as we gazed into the future and the beginning of a new millennium.

NEW YEAR IN DESERT HOT SPRINGS at Midnight

Besides the dinner, the BUS NUTS are  including all the beverages you may desire!

We welcome RHONDA & THE SHOWDOWN BAND as the feature entertainment for the night. They are a very entertaining group and you will enjoy participating or watching the dancing!

Party time begins for real and continues until we bring in the New Year 2019 at Midnight!  It will be a night of dining, celebrating, partying and enjoying the entertainment.
